Compensation: 70/30 Split (Clinician/Practice)

Position Overview

We are seeking a fully licensed therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) to join our practice with a full-time caseload and flexible scheduling.

This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who wants to focus on therapy—not paperwork, billing, or marketing—while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual (and optional couples/family) therapy, willing to work with minors is a must!

  • Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with insurance requirements

  • Deliver trauma-informed, client-centered care

  • Collaborate as part of a values-driven clinical environment, including weekly staffing

What We’re Looking For

  • Fully licensed in Indiana (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW)

  • Strong foundation in trauma-informed care

  • Experience working with diverse populations and SES backgrounds

  • EMDR, Somatic Therapy, or Brainspotting training (preferred, not required)

  • Self-motivated, ethical, and committed to high-quality care
